Icebergs – Sydney (Bondi Beach)
Rating: (4 / 5)
The Bondi Icebergs does not only have a great view over the swimming pool which is Sydney’s hippest beach, it is also an interesting restaurant.
The atmosphere and the audience let you indulge in the feeling of having arrived in the club of the upper ten-thousands. A table reservation is therefore recommended.
Now let’s focus on the dinner. Many Australian seafood classics like Barramundi Fish or Sydney Rock Oysters are on the menu again… But also Italian dishes such as lasagna or black linguine are represented. The last mentioned meal could satisfy my taste.
The size of the dishes are certainly not really big but it’s taste was full-bodied and it had an ideal sauce-amount. Together with the fresh cuttlefish, you can enjoy the pretty view over the majestic Pacific ocean even more. In total you have to spend about 27 euros, if your meal comes with a refreshing Mocktail. This is for Australian conditions a reasonable price.
An ideal start, for example, to the popular Sydney Coastal Walk to Coogee Beach.
